This page includes all the organizations that I have been involved with over the years and my role within them.
Alpha Chi Omega
In 2021, I had the privilege to serve as the first Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) of Alpha Chi Omega. This position allowed me create a lasting impact on my sorority by building the foundations for the position. I created a system where all members are required to get one "DEI point" per semester by educating themselves in whatever way they choose. I hosted events such as movie nights, speakers, and workshops with other on-campus organizations to help my sisters get their point while also learning from different students. I also prepared and delivered an implicit bias and micro-aggression workshop during recruitment preparation.
Being apart of this sorority also allowed me to participate in raising awareness for our philanthropy, domestic violence. I participated in our annual Walk-a-Mile event, Krispy Kreme sales, and donated clothes and other needed items to Safe Harbor, a shelter for DV survivors.

Totally Hype
When I was a senior in high school, I started visiting my older family friends at their colleges to look at their schools. I was going to the University of Michigan for a football game and it was not until I started packing that I realized I had nothing to wear on game day. My mother, being the talented designer she is, created a custom belt and tube top that got my compliments the entirety of game day. That was when we realized we had something special and needed to make more.

Totally Hype has since then expanded our line to include sweatshirts, sweatpants, jackets, hats, gloves, and more. Basically if you name it, we can make it.
My role in the company is to maintain our social media presence. When I am home, I help create custom pieces with my mother. I also am the person who built the website and I help to maintain it. If you are interested in learning more about Totally Hype, click the button to go to our website.

Women in Business

I was a general member of the Women in Business. Being apart of this organization gave me the opportunity to learn from experienced business professionals in different fields. I attended different events with speakers from large organizations such as Bank of America, Gartner, Starbucks, and more. In addition, I expanded my network with more like-minded strong women who want to be successful in the business world.
